Ohio River Way Safety Adventure

Join us for an educational event on kayaking safety and orient yourself to the tools available for paddling and boating OHIO RIVER WAY! The event will start at MoonDoggie, where we will cover the essentials of kayaking and orient you to the OKI map that David Rutter,played a vital role in developing, to help folks make planning an ORW adventure very easy. Then we will load up in the Magic MoonDoggie Bus and head to the mouth of OBC to practice swamping boats, rescues and reloading your boat after capsizing, before we enter the Ohio River to explore Brush Creek Island! Pack a LUNCH, BRING A WET BAG and a towel for this all day OHIO RIVER WAY ADVENTURE!
